The Scout Hut where we meet was in dire need of a new roof. The Troop participated along with the Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts in a fund raising event in April held at the Homosassa Wal-Mart. |

In May the troop returned to Inglis Island for another campout. This one was held during Mother’s Day weekend and the scouts invited their mothers out for dinner. |

In July, Troop 370 attended Summer Camp at Camp Shands in Hawthorne, FL. |

Every September, the troop participates in the annual Coastal Cleanup. Troop 370 is assigned the Three Sisters Springs area of Crystal River. |

In September the troop visited a local nursing home and distributed some items to the residents and spent time talking with them. |
|
Every October, the troop mans a station along the Withlacoochee Trail to provide support for the participants of the annual 100 mile bike ride. The boys ride the trail in between their service. |
|
A Court of Honor is held several times a year to recognize the honors and accomplishments of the scouts. This Court of Honor was held in October. |

In January, the troop participated in Kennedy Space Center’s annual “Salute to Boy Scouts”. We camped at Jetty Park in Cape Canaveral. |

In February, the troop camped in what we consider our “home” campground. While at Inglis Island, the scouts enjoy fishing, hiking, boating and other activities. |
|
In April, The troop participated in the District Camporee held at McGregor Smith Scout Reservation. The theme of the camporee was Emergency Preparedness. |
