In June, Troop 370 attended Central Florida Council’s Camp La-No-Che in Paisley, FL. Several merit badges were earned, but the highlight was the muddy hike to Big Stump. |

Scout Day at the Races is an event sponsored by the Foresters at USA Speedway in Lakeland, FL. The scouts enjoyed the racing and had a chance to work on the Auto Mechanics Merit Badge. |

Good Turn for American is a community service project that focuses on three areas: Health, Food and Shelter. Troop 370 decided to assist Citrus County Habitat for Humanity by laying sod at Habitat Houses. |

Instead of camping, every December Troop 370 holds a “Day of Community Service” by helping the Citrus County Family Resource Center with it’s annual toy drive. We wrap gifts and help load and unload cars. |

In April, Withlacoochee District held a camporee at McGregor Smith Scout Reservation. McGregor Smith Scout Reservation was owned by South Florida Council and this would be the last event held there for three years. |
